The University of Tokyo, in accordance with the Activity Restrictions Index, is restricting entry to each campus and/or facilities therein. For those who need to enter facilities on the Hongo, Komaba or Kashiwa campuses, please see the page below. For entry into other campuses, contact the organization in charge of the facility on the campus you intend to enter. Contractors and vendors may enter campus via the method instructed by the department in charge of their activity within central administration or another UTokyo organization.

The University of Tokyo is conducting on-campus monitoring of crowd density using data gathered from contact-tracing apps and Wi-Fi network use. See the page below for more information.

Please inform your department by filling out its designated report form. The main information to report is the following:
・ Your information, and whether or not you have symptoms (initially and currently)
・ Instructions received from your clinic or health center
・ Name of the clinic or health center you contacted, as well as the name of the person in charge there and their contact information
・ The day you came in close contact with the infected individual
・ Campus entry history from the day you became a close contact
・ Your activities on campus from that day
Please inform your department by filling out its designated report form. The main information to report is the following:
・ Your information, and whether or not you have symptoms (initially and currently)
・ Instructions received from your clinic or health center
・ Whether or not you are hospitalized
・ Name of the clinic or health center you contacted, as well as the name of the person in charge there and their contact information
・ Suspected reason for being infected, as well as the date and time
・ History of entry onto campus from two weeks prior to symptom onset through the day of report submission
・ Information on your activities on campus during that period, including people with whom you came in close contact
