Masayasu Kanno is a Professor of Finance at Nihon University’s College of Commerce. Previously, he acted as a special research fellow at Financial Services Agency, the Japan Government. He received his PhD in Financial Engineering from Kyoto University and his MBA in Finance from Hitotsubashi University. His current research focuses on ESG investment and financing, credit risk measurement, and the application of complex networks to financial risk management. His recent articles have appeared in leading finance journals such as the International Review of Financial Analysis, Finance Research Letters, Research in International Business and Finance, and the Journal of Financial Stability. In addition, he recently plays a role as a reviewer of various leading journals and has received a letter of appreciation from the Elsevier Journals Leadership Team as follows: FRL - Thank you for reviewing in 2024.pdf.
