Nansubuga Nagadya Isdahl provides analytical and advisory support to ADB's Health Sector Group. With more than twenty years of global health and development experience across the US, Africa, Europe, and Asia and the Pacific, she combines a creative frame of mind and an analytical lens to provide long-term research, writing, editing, and strategic support to UN agencies, multilateral development banks, philanthropies, and international NGOs. Her work has been used to strengthen policy dialogue with governments, guide programming at country level, and capture lessons learned from global health emergencies. She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Diplomatic Studies and International Affairs.
