SCP-TH-EX

-EX นี้ย่อมาจาก Explained หรือ SCP ที่ไม่ผิดปกติอีกต่อไปแล้ว ก็เพราะว่ามันสามารถหาคําอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ทําให้มันทํางานผิดปกติได้แล้ว ความแตกต่างของการเขียน SCP แบบปกติกับ SCP-EX นั้นมีอยู่สามแบบ แบบแรกก็คือใส่ -EX เอาไว้ที่ด้านหลังตัวเลข แบบที่สองการกักกันนั้นอาจใช้อันเดิมอยู่หรือไม่ก็ขีดฆ่าออกไป SCP-EX ไม่จําเป็นต้องมีการกักกันอีก และสาม ในตอนท้ายของเนื้อหาก็ต้องมีการเขียนถึงรายละเอียดที่ว่าทําไมมันถึงได้เป็น SCP-EX ด้วย
