Seeking the opinion of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
When verification procedures related to a plant breeder's right have been initiated by Customs, if necessary, Customs may seek the opinion of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for purposes of carrying out the procedures.
