Typos in docs/usage/DEanalysis/rnaseq.md "genome of choiche" should be "genome of choice" and "annottation files of choiche" should be "annotation files of choice" Section title "Reference annoation" misspells "annotation" "technical replicates that asses the technical variability... multiple time" should be "assess... multiple times"
