About me
[edit ]- A Romanian born in Cluj-Napoca, who spent a long time in Boston and currently living in Basel
- I love history and archaeology, especially related to Dacians and Romans, the founding nations of Romania
- Other interests include space exploration and astronomy
- Created WikiProject Dacia, WikiProiectul Dacia (in Romanian) and Commons:WikiProject Dacia to better organize the content related to ancient Dacia
- Maintaining WikiProject Romania and created Commons:WikiProject Romania
- I despise deletionists and people who spend their time, energy and effort to delete and destroy others work (often without any attempt to communicate), instead of creating and collaborating. They are usually the same people who attempt to force their views down the throats of others.
- Striving to keep neutrality in my work and judgment, and above all an open mind .
Current projects
[edit ]I am a member of many projects, but currently focusing most of my efforts on:
- WikiProject Dacia - aimed to better organize and improve the quality and accuracy of the articles related to Dacia and Dacians. We need help expanding and reviewing many articles, and we also need more images. Feel free to join!
- WikiProject Romania - aimed to better organize and improve the quality and accuracy of the articles related to Romania. Maybe you are interested

Basilica, Xavier, Navarre, Spain. The basilica belongs to the ensemble of the Castle of Xavier, built in the 10th century, although the basilica was not built until end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. Of eclectic style, the interior has a unique neogothic nave built with grey stone and white marble. The stained glass is a work of painter Marcelino Santamaría from Burgos. The main altar is an artistic decorative work, carved in stone inlaid with mosaics, bronzes and enamels by the Biais house in Paris. The tabernacle is located on a high relief that represents San Francisco baptizing and preaching.

The African buffalo (Syncerus caffer) is a species of true buffalo in the Bovidae family. It is native to sub-Saharan Africa, where it is found in a number of disjoint ranges stretching from south-eastern Senegal through West and Central Africa to South Africa. It lives in savannas, swamps and floodplains, as well as mopane grasslands, and the forests of the major mountains of Africa. The African buffalo is a large bovid, with a shoulder height ranging from 1.0 to 1.7 m (3.3 to 5.6 ft) and head-and-body length between 1.7 and 3.4 m (5.6-11.2 ft). There is variation between subspecies, the African forest buffalo having a mass of 250 to 450 kg (600 to 1,000 lb) while the Cape buffalo weighs 425 to 870 kg (937 to 1,918 lb), males being about 100 kg (220 lb) heavier than females. The adult African buffalo is known for its characteristic horn. This male African buffalo was photographed in Phinda Private Game Reserve, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. It has a red-billed oxpecker (Buphagus erythrorhynchus) standing on its muzzle.Photograph credit: Charles J. Sharp
