Professor Kjell G. Nyborg currently holds a Chair in Finance at the Department of Finance at the University of Zurich. He is also a Senior Chair of the Swiss Finance Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He was educated at the University of Chicago and Stanford University. Nyborg served on the Executive Committee of the European Finance Association (EFA) from 2013 to 2019 and was its Vice President and President in 2016 and 2017, respectively. His work spans from corporate finance to auctions, central banking, money, and liquidity and is the author of a book on Central Bank Collateral Frameworks (Cambridge University Press).
