The Plant Technical Support Division promotes the sharing of maintenance technical information by supporting the network activities of field engineers and building an information library so that it can help optimize maintenance activities.
Field engineers network activities
We support the maintenance optimization activities by analyzing and organizing maintenance-related information and providing benchmark information to field expert engineers, as well as accumulating expertise such as newly created know-how.
Technical information library
We collect and develop technical data related to maintenance activities and maintain/manage this data as the technical expertise common across utilities, as well as extract benchmark information and provide them to the field.
