Variations
get a videotape of the TV show so that you and the class can get an idea of the sorts of props you might make
in writing the play, select anecdotal material which relates to community events
build spacecraft in art class; learn lines in language arts classes; build sets during shop; during music class, practice a Christmas carol to sing at the end of the play.
