Tiger Brands is one of the leading fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer groups in South Africa and Southern Africa. Our primary business is providing everyday food, beverages, and essential home and personal care products to markets in Southern Africa. We also export to large and growing markets across the rest of the African continent. We target best-in-class profitability, underpinned by a cost leadership culture and a strong commitment to sustainable agricultural sourcing.
We have the largest and most diversified collection of leading brands in South Africa with 16 market-leading focus brands constituting ~30% of the South African shopping basket. We have a presence across channels, through formal retail, wholesale, independent and general trade markets through a capital light, distributor model exporting to 22 countries, predominantly in Africa.
Our success is underpinned by the strength of our brands and continuous improvement initiatives. We invest significantly in our core brands, backed by consumer and shopper research that provides comprehensive insights into our chosen categories and markets.
