This offer is available to retailers who are new to POS Pro (i.e. you are not yet using Shopify POS, are using in-person selling features included with your Shopify paid plan, or are currently on a trial of POS Pro). Merchants who are already using POS Pro are not eligible for this offer, and if you are on a trial of POS Pro, you must redeem this offer before the end of your trial.
There are no specific revenue requirements to qualify for our offers, so businesses of all sizes are eligible to take advantage of the available benefits.
After choosing the POS Pro yearly subscription, you will be instructed on how to connect with a Shopify POS expert who will guide you through the process and support you through everything you need to successfully go live on Shopify POS. Services will include:
Initial call: Understand your retail business operations and needs, confirm key data points, and set clear expectations and timelines for a successful launch on Shopify POS.Core product and customer data migration: Facilitate the extraction and transfer of key data from your current POS system, including products, images, inventory, customers, and optional loyalty data. (Note that historical data migration is not included in these services.)System setup and audit: Perform a pre-launch audit to identify and document any setup issues, and ensure all configurations, such as payments and taxes, are correctly implemented for POS.Go-live support: Support with updating inventory levels, removing storefront passwords, importing gift card data, and conducting test transactions, while providing ongoing support for five days post-launch on POS to resolve any immediate issues.
If you are already working with a Shopify Partner who will assist you in this process, you are eligible for a credit to offset these costs instead. When you choose the POS Pro yearly subscription, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you are already working with a partner. This will ensure you receive the appropriate credit toward your migration and setup expenses.You will have the ability to connect with an expert who will support you in POS migration and setup for 90 days after choosing the POS Pro yearly subscription. If you have not set up an initial call with an expert during this time, this benefit will expire.
We recommend scheduling an initial call with an expert as soon as possible after choosing the POS Pro yearly subscription so they can assess your business needs and advise you on any critical considerations ahead of your launch on Shopify POS. By taking action early, you can maximize your benefits and aim to be fully operational by day 30.
If you are already working with a Shopify Partner who will assist you in this process, you may be eligible for a credit to offset these costs instead. When you choose the POS Pro yearly subscription, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you are already working with a partner. This will ensure you receive the appropriate credit toward your migration and setup expenses.

When you choose the POS Pro yearly subscription, you will receive a code via email to use in the Shopify Hardware Store that will allow you to purchase a free POS Terminal. You are eligible to receive a POS Terminal for every store location that you subscribe to the POS Pro yearly subscription within 7 days of adding your first Pro location. Note that on plans below Plus, you may have up to 10 retail locations.
Your POS Pro yearly subscription does not require you to pay your subscription fees for the year up front. Instead, you will pay your fees monthly (at the discounted price of 67ドル USD/month per location) for a 12-month term.
If you cancel your POS Pro subscription before the end of your 12-month term, you will be required to pay your monthly fees for the time remaining in your 12-month term.
In order to minimize disruption to your business, your yearly subscription—including the 25% discount—will auto renew. You will receive a reminder when your subscription is about to end, and you can choose to make changes to your POS Pro subscription before your renewal.
You will be able to keep your POS Terminal(s) even if you do not choose to renew your POS Pro yearly subscription in the following year.
You will be permitted to end your POS Pro yearly subscription without paying the fees for the months remaining if you upgrade to Plus.
You will receive a 200ドル USD credit towards your POS Pro subscription fees when you hit 10,000ドル USD of sales within 90 days of subscribing to POS Pro Yearly at a single location. Note that the sales must be processed through Shopify Payments (i.e. through a POS Terminal or other Shopify card reader) to qualify for the rebate and it can take approximately 2-5 business days for the rebate to show up in your account.
