MonoBook does not show 'Consulter' in FR skin but 'Lire'

{{int|Go}} translate in french by 'Consulter'. When I open the Monobook skin in french I see 'Lire' beside button 'Rechercher'. So 'lire' is not the same as 'consulter' as described on this page. Clearly speaking, there is no button 'Consulter' on an FR page with Monobook skin. So several cases :

1.) either there is an error of current EN page and you must not use {{int|Go}} but ⧼xxxxx⧽ which would translate as 'consulter'

2.) or {{int|Go}} is the right text and the FR translation on translatewiki.net(?) must be changed from 'consulter' to 'lire'

3.) or the skin Monobook should change its FR text not displaying 'lire' but 'consulter'.

Translation of a free string as done here is not reliable. It should be better to links directly to the source of the button text such as the text to follow dynamically the source value.
