Trio Move

Trio Moves[1] (Trio Actions in the British English version)[2] are the field moves in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam . Most of these moves are invented by Paper Mario when the Mario Bros. are in a problematic situation (the only exception is Trio Grab, which is invented by Luigi, though the idea came from Paper Mario's rescue). There is a total of five moves, and they are all used (except for the Team Jump) when the player selects the appropriate icon (either by touching it or by using L Button and R Button), then presses A Button, B Button, and Y Button in succession. The moves are listed below.

Trio Hammer The Trio Hammer in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. The player can press A Button → B Button → Y Button to make the trio members use their hammers simultaneously. Doop Doop Dunes
Trio Grab The Trio Grab in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. The player can press A Button → B Button → Y Button to make the trio members stand on top of each other and grab out-of-reach objects. Twinsy Tropics Dungeon
Trio Drill The Trio Drill in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. The player can press A Button → B Button → Y Button to make the trio burrow underground. Mount Brrr
Trio Glider The Trio Glide in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. The player can press A Button → B Button → Y Button to make the trio glide in a certain direction. Bowser's Castle
