Toadstool Castle (called Peach's Castle in the British English version) appears as the sixth floor of Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis . This floor introduces a variant of elevators known as Moving Platforms, as well as Balance Beams. Both of these objects can be stood on by Mini Marios to reach otherwise inaccessible areas. Nearly all of this floor's levels also prominently feature Color Switches. The music tracks played on this floor are arrangements of "Peach's Castle" from Super Mario 64 .
No new enemies are introduced on this floor; however, Shy Guys and Thwomps return from previous floors. Additionally, every previously introduced monkey robot, including Circus Kongs, Capture Kongs, Crash Kongs, and Cool Kongs, appears on this floor at least once.
Upon completing Boss Game 6, the Toadstool Castle construction kit is unlocked for the Construction Zone. After being defeated in Boss Game 6, Donkey Kong flees to Spooky Attic.
