Snow Go

Snow Go is a Free-for-All minigame featured in Mario Party 9 .

Overview[edit ]

Players in snowmobiles try to be the first to complete five laps around the track. About every 4.5 seconds, two Mr. Blizzards in the middle of the course throw snowballs that freeze any player they hit. A frozen player must shake Wii Remote to escape. About halfway around the track, there is very thick snow that slows down any player that goes through it. Players can avoid this section by taking the dash ramp. The minigame ends after one player completes five laps.

In Time Attack, the player must complete ten laps in the snowmobile. The bonus objective can be accomplished by using the dash ramp on every lap.

Like 10 to Win, Logger Heads, and Pizza Me, Mario, this minigame ends when one player reaches the goal.

• Rules – "Be the first player to complete five laps. Use the dash ramp to avoid losing speed in the deep snow."
• Controls – "Hold the Wii Remote sideways. Press +Control Pad to steer, Two Button to accelerate, and One Button to reverse. If you get frozen by a snowball, shake the Wii Remote to escape."

Naming[edit ]

The minigame's name is a pun on the phrase "no-go", which means something failed.
