Income Stream is a 1-vs.-3 coin-collecting minigame in Super Mario Party Jamboree .

Overview[edit ]

The players must ride through a waterway that resembles Plessie's sections in Super Mario 3D World , and collect the coins that spawn throughout the path until they reach the island at the end. The solo player rides Plessie, which can bump other players away with great force. The team players ride on water scooters that allow them to collect coins farther away from each other with ease. In case any of the players fall, they will respawn at the back after two seconds have passed.

Like other coin-collecting minigames, Income Stream does not have a victor in the Mario Party mode — instead, the objective is simply to collect as many coins as possible, with all collected coins being rewarded to their respective players upon the minigame's end. In other game modes in Minigame Bay, however, the side with more coins is considered to be victorious.

The solo player rides Plessie while the others ride water scooters. Collect all the coins you can, but be careful; falling off the waterway will cost you time!

Naming[edit ]

"Income stream", in finance, usually refers to consistent earnings obtained from one's business or investments. It is also a pun on "stream", a term for a small river.
