Follow-up
The WPI Program Committee meets annually to ascertain the state of project progress and recommend improvements when necessary.
Follow-up Process

- At Follow-up Meetings, the Program Committee interviews the center directors and the heads of the host institutions and receives a report from the Program Officers assigned to each project.
- When deemed necessary, the Committee prepares a list of aspects that require improvement and conveys it to the subject center(s).

Working Group
- With the assigned PO as its chair, a working group for each center has been established under the Program Committee.
- Each group comprises about 5-6 specialists in the subject field. As a rule, about half of them are overseas members.
