What Are Squids and What Do They Do in Minecraft
Similar to Glow Squid, the Squid just swim around in the Ocean; they don't serve any major purposes. Squid are easy to spot because of their shape. They're also the only source for Ink Sacs.
Where to Find Squids
Squids are known to spawn in virtually all of the ocean biomes and even river biomes.
