Yuwei (Evelyn) Zhang I am a third-year PhD student specializing in machine learning for healthcare, with a focus on mobile and wearable health technologies. Outside of my academic work, I enjoy music, movies, working out, and photography. I’m excited to continue serving on the committee this year and to help organize a variety of engaging tech talks. I look forward to meeting and connecting with all of you!

Tech Events ChairIrmak Dogan, I am a postdoc at the University of Cambridge and received my PhD in Computer Science from KTH, Sweden. My research focuses on autonomous robots in human environments, which received recognition, including the KROS Interdisciplinary Research Award in Social HRI (IEEE RO-MAN'25) and the Early Career Contribution finalist in the Outstanding Women in Robotics & Automation Awards (IEEE ICRA'25). I organised several workshops in ACM/IEEE HRI and IEEE RO-MAN, and I am currently serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE ICRA and IEEE RA-L.

Sophia Chan, Hi, I’m a second year undergraduate. Outside of academics, I like movies and travel. Looking forward to the next year as media chair :)

Rosie Whitmell I work as an administrator in the Postgraduate office and part of my role is to act as Women@CL Administrator. I previously worked on the main reception desk, so have lots of information about the department. I help the committee with booking rooms and catering for Women@CL events. I also oversee the women@CL mailing list and email inbox
