AXIS Radar Data Visualizer
Improved scene awareness with reliable detection 24/7
Detect people up to 60 meters (200 feet)
Detect vehicles up to 85 meters (280 feet)
180° coverage with no blind spots
Trigger events based on radar data
Ideal for improved scene understanding in large open areas, this analytic application combines 180° radar detection and 180° panoramic multisensor images for reliable detection 24/7, even in low light and challenging weather conditions.
Improved situational awareness
This powerful analytic application adds value to and increases the functionality of your Axis multisensor camera. Thanks to edge-to-edge technology, it can easily be connected to supported radar devices. Using radar data, it accurately detects and classifies people up to 60 meters (200 feet) and vehicles up to 85 meters (280 feet). It then presents this radar data as visual overlays in the camera feed for improved situational awareness. Plus, you can customize what overlay data is shown.
*Supports AXIS P3827-PVE and AXIS Q3839-PVE
Live monitoring and events
AXIS Radar Data Visualizer is ideal for monitoring large, open areas and detecting people and vehicles where they shouldn’t be. It collects and processes radar data and presents the data as visual overlays in the camera feed. This data can also be used to trigger events. For instance, it’s possible to activate strobe lights, trigger alarms, or start camera recordings whenever an object crosses a predefined virtual line in the camera view.
Furthermore, object speed monitor makes it possible to display vehicle speeds, trigger on vehicle speed, create detection and speeding events, and make informed decisions for improved road safety.
Accurate radar detection 24/7
Radar technology offers cost-effective operations and accurate detection 24/7. And because it’s not impacted by things like moving shadows, beams of light, small animals, or insects, it keeps false alarms to a minimum. With intelligent object detection, it can detect and classify people and vehicles. And area and line-crossing detection lets you trigger an event whenever an object moves within a defined area or crosses predefined virtual line in a defined direction.
