AXIS P7316 Video Encoder

AXIS P7316 delivers video at 30 fps from NTSC/PAL or HD analog video in 1080p resolution. It supports HD analog up to 4K resolution*. Featuring Zipstream with H.264/H.265, it drastically cuts bandwidth and storage requirements. With remote access, you can view video streams on any browser or computer and change camera settings. Configurable inputs/outputs can be connected to external relays and sensors, for example, to activate lights and lock/unlock doors. AXIS P7316 supports two-way audio and intelligent analytics, as well as audio detection with analog and digital AXIS T83 microphones. The RS485 port lets you control analog PTZ cameras and an SFP slot enables optical fiber connection and network redundancy.

Built on an open platform, AXIS P7316 allows you to use open-standard IT hardware or video management software from the supplier of your choice. This compact encoder is rack-mounted, enabling large numbers of analog cameras and audio channels to be integrated into an IP-based, high-density video surveillance system. Furthermore, if you use it with the AXIS Camera Station video management software, you only need one license for all 16 channels.

*This 16-channel encoder can handle a maximum of four 4K or QHD resolution cameras and eight 1080p/720p/PAL/NTSC cameras simultaneously. Four channels will be disabled when optimizing for 4K or QHD.
