Instructions

Please follow these simple steps to prepare your mobile device, receive your QR or Mobile credential and use AXIS Mobile Credential app.

These steps are required to use the dynamic QR credential and Mobile Credential, for static QR credentials these steps are optional or you can use the QR credential image.

  • Step 1: Download the AXIS Mobile Credential app:
    From the App Store for iOS
    From Google Play for Android

  • Step 2: Copy the URL below manually:

    ...
  • Step 3: Open the AXIS Mobile Credential app and add the credential.
  • Step 4: You are now ready to present and use your credential via the AXIS Mobile Credential app.

For mobile credential, step 3 requires you to be near a pairing enabled reader for bluetooth communication.
