APA Publications can be ordered online or by telephone. All sales are in U.S. dollars. You can remove items later, if you change your mind before checking out. All financial transactions are handled by our encrypted secure server.

VHS compatibility: All videotapes sold by APA are produced in NTSC format and should play on any videocassette players that are NTSC compatible. The videotapes will not play on videocassette players that are PAL or SECAM compatible.

DVD compatibility: DVDs sold by APA are produced in NTSC format and are not region coded and should play on any DVD players that are NTSC compatible.

U.S. domestic orders: Free shipping to individuals in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Reseller and institutional orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Allow 7–10 days for delivery from date order is received. Routine processing usually occurs within 2 business days of receipt and is sent via UPS Ground (3–6 business days transit time) from our East Coast distribution facilities. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is entered in the shipping address field, this can cause delays or nondelivery.

For rush, overnight or second day air delivery options, or for information about other shipment method options, please call the APA Service Center at (800) 374-2721 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The free shipping policy for individuals will not be applied to the reshipment of an order that is due to customer error or oversight.

International orders: International customers may select between Economy or Guaranteed service.

International economy service is not guaranteed and does not provide tracking or date/time specific delivery. Delivery time for this level of service can take up to 8 weeks. If this level of service is selected, APA will not be held liable and will not honor any claims for undelivered, delayed, or lost shipments.

International guaranteed service provides tracking and guaranteed delivery with 7-10 business days of shipping.

Payments and invoicing: All orders must be prepaid unless submitted on a purchase order. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. International orders must be prepaid.

Claims: Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honored.

Returns: See the Returns Policy for complete details. Individuals may return most items within 30 days of invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned item. Except for APA error, shipping and handling charges and return shipping costs are not refundable. Some items are not returnable, including downloadable PDFs, DVDs, CE courses, and exams. For resellers, written permission is also required; the APA invoice number must be stated in the request.

Promotions and discounts: Promotional discounts can only be used during the promotional period on products specified in the promotion. They cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. Some discounts are available only to APA members, associates, and/or affiliates. Additional terms for resellers only: Those purchasing for resale (bookstores, agents, etc.) are entitled to a discount off the list price of applicable titles. Combination prices and pamphlets with bulk purchase prices are not subject to discount. Journal back issues are not discounted, except special issues.
