How do I get started?
You can set up a free Moz Community account to use our free tools . We also have a free Moz Pro trial, which requires a credit card to sign up.
How do I cancel?
Moz Pro and Moz Local are separate subscriptions, each will need to be cancelled via your account. You can cancel Moz Pro, and Moz Local location auto-renewal at any time.
You can check your active subscriptions via your subscription page.
If you have shared user access to Moz Pro you will need to contact the primary account holder to cancel the subscription.

- How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from within your account at any time. Moz Pro and Moz Local are separate subscriptions and must be cancelled separately. Please see our guides on how to cancel Moz Pro and how to cancel Moz Local for more information.
- How do I pause my Moz Pro subscription?

Moz does not currently offer a way to pause your Moz Pro subscription. The best course of action would be to cancel your subscription. For more information please see our guides on how to cancel Moz Pro.
- Why did you charge my card?

If your card has been charged it is likely due to an active subscription. Please see our guide here for more information.
- How do I request a refund?

Moz does not offer refunds of any kind per our Terms of Use. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period which means you will retain access for the length of the paid subscription.
- Where do I find my account settings?

When you’re logged into Moz, you'll see a profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page where you’ll be able to access your Account & Billing settings.
- Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for registered non-profits. We also offer a 20% discount when you pay yearly.
- I signed up for Moz Pro during a promotional event - what does this mean for cancellation and renewal?

Subscriptions purchased during limited-time offers will renew at the published price on moz.com for the pricing tier selected upon your initial purchase. Customers who cancel Moz Pro during the offer period cannot re-subscribe at the promotional offer rate. Limitations apply. - How do I cancel renewal?

You can cancel Moz Pro renewal through your account Subscription Page. Moz Local subscriptions renew annually. You can stop renewal from your location Profile tab.
- How do I purchase Moz Local and Moz Pro together?

Moz Local and Moz Pro are separate products. To get started sign up for a Moz Pro free trial, and then purchase your local business listings under the same account through the check listing tool.
- Can I share access with my colleagues?

Yes, you can share access to Moz Pro with your colleagues, this is dependent on your Moz Pro subscription level.
- Why has my billing date changed?

If, for any reason, we are not able to charge your card on the day of your subscription renewal, your renewal date will be updated to the date we are able to charge your card. For example, if you are set to renew on the 17th but the card on file is not able to be charged until the 20th, your renewal date will be updated to the 20th of the month moving forward.
