Wikipedian Light of Knowledge

Wikipedian Light of Knowledge (WLK) (Arabic:شعاع ويكيبيدي معرفي) is an ongoing hybrid volunteer initiative (in-person & online), founded in 2019, that aims to develop the educational process and increase the online content of the Arabic Wikipedia by engaging Egyptian & Arab Wikipedians, including students and graduates. We share the same goal.
This initiative is based on the Wikipedia Education Program in Egypt (2012-2019), combined with Art+Feminism in all its forms. The project's concept relies primarily on translation from Spanish, English, French, German, Turkish, Chinese (and possibly other languages) into Arabic.
Members and affiliates of this initiative primarily participate in Wikipedia Day (January), International Women's Day (March), Spanish Language Day (May), Arabic Wikipedia Day (July) & UN Arabic Language Day (December).
