Practical
Topics to be discussed
- registration fee : yes or no, if yes, how much ?
- cooperation with deutsche welle
- media competition - acceptable formats for entries (especialy relating to free formats)
- media competition - sponsorship for prizes... what is permitted for this?
- Timeline : see planning and deadlines
- Jimbo has his list of heavy-hitter big potential sponsors and will be approaching them individually to ask for sponsorship. We should set up different levels of sponsorship (platinum, gold, etc.) with various benefits (whatever that means). We should also have a good explanation of how the money will be used (real-time interpreters, cost of the venue, speakers fees?). Jimbo plans to make these phone calls on Monday, January 17 to give us time to iron out the details.
