I'm a Japanese wikipedian. Sysop since February, 2008 at jawp. I have created a global account and the main one is on jawp.
My main contributions are to jawp about History of Japan, Shinto, Geography of Japan, etc.
About Babel, about twentyfive years ago, an Australian English teacher said my ability to speak or write English has been a infants level though that to listen or read has been a early teens level. Therefore, it accurately becomes en-1.5. I can read French while consulting the dictionary. Therefore, it accurately becomes fr-0.5.
