@Nealmcb: We've updated the software and it should be less CPU-intensive now.--Pharos (talk) 03:34, 22 September 2020 (UTC) Reply

Thanks, Pharos - that helped! ★NealMcB★ (talk) 19:16, 4 October 2020 (UTC) Reply

Request for group: 2030 strategy implementation

Could you please open a new group (like you did for fashion) that would deal with 2030 strategy implementation? Otherwise we will end up in the mess of sometimes cute but mostly hard to comprehend spaghetti communication on Telegram and in overly ascetic IRC. Zblace (talk) 04:56, 23 October 2020 (UTC) Reply

Hi User:Lionel_Scheepmans! I liked the idea from here: " Jitsi is a good alternative for groups under 20 participants. But Why Wikimédia Movement don't create his how server for video conversation ? It could be used on every project's talk page with a permanent link. Is that already discussion somewhere about this ?" Maybe this should be suggested for Wikimedia Chat also? If yes what would be good way to suggest and implement it? Zblace (talk) 08:27, 2 December 2020 (UTC) Reply

@Lionel Scheepmans: maybe still relevant? --Zblace (talk) 20:50, 26 August 2022 (UTC) Reply
Hi @Zblace. Yes, Jitsi is still relevant for project talk pages as other small group conversation. But the probleme is always the same. Spending energy for changing mentalities with the risk of loosing time for nothing. Lionel Scheepmans Contact (Fr-N, En-3, Pt-3) 11:02, 28 August 2022 (UTC) Reply

How to register? Wargo (talk) 15:04, 28 December 2021 (UTC) Reply

Same question - I have an account from sometime ago (can't remember how I set it up), and am able to use. However, was going to use for a remote edit-a-thon, but can't figure out how to get participants to register... David Nind (talk) 23:43, 4 February 2022 (UTC) Reply

It is also unclear to me how to signup. I have tried to follow "I forgot my password" and "Reset my password" with my email but that seems not to result in in an received email. — Finn Årup Nielsen (fnielsen) (talk) 21:25, 25 April 2023 (UTC) Reply

It appears that this facility has been shut down - the website no longer works. This should be clearly stated. TrottieTrue (talk) 17:57, 17 April 2024 (UTC) Reply
