Much more is needed to make the interface easier to use: we have a huge technical debt, and out projects are too complex (both technical interface, as well as the policies, and the difficult to grasp interactions between different projects). The relevance of non-text media (audio and video) will continue to grow while the relevance of the paper medium (newspapers, books, etc.) will decline. Wikipedia should develop in step with these trends and make steps to improve the legal environment around these (e.g. audio and video materials should enter the public domain sooner; online non-commercial encyclopedias should receive copyright exceptions).
