Not done In this situation, we are not able to help with the usurpation. Just noting, when someone has forgotten the login details of their old account and does not have anything to prove the connection, we normally follow the standard procedure. But in this case, the target account was active just two weeks ago. As per the usual process, the account needs to be inactive for at least two years for us to consider such a request. – DreamRimmer (talk) 17:28, 17 April 2025 (UTC)

Thanks, I see that the block is limited to a single page. I'd ask if the blocking admin is fine with rename atm but, since the block will expire in 2 days, I'm putting this on hold until 19 April, after the block is expired.

I'm somewhat uncertain. While the user is indeed blocked on ptwiki, the reason for the block is poor encyclopedic writing. Additionally, the user holds sysop rights on two other projects. Therefore, I do not believe this case falls under the policy clause: "The user is not seeking the rename to conceal or obfuscate bad conduct."
