Kb1000 has been registered on sv.wikipedia.org 14 years ago and made zero edits.

This user has only made 3 edits, all of them on the same day in 2013, and doesn't seem to have been active since. I would have been happy with Will.Wegner, but since it's not possible, I would also consider a few other names; I just don't know what the threshold for similarity is. Otherwise, I'd like to request the usurpation for Will Wegner.

Not done I'm sorry, but we generally only grant usurp to users with an established account (who have been registered for at least 5-6 months and who have substantial contributions).
