Please stop pinging people who cannot assist. The global block is managed by stewards, and stewards alone. If you mark it for a particular steward then others may well ignore it, and so may the steward who placed the block if they thought that unblock is sufficiently not warranted. If you wish to escalate this to all stewards, then use of email to stewards@wikimedia.org or use of the stewards' noticeboard. Jawiktionary changed the namespace of the main page from Main namespace to Wiktionary namespace in order to open the page "メインページ" for normal dictionary entry and to easily connect the main page of jawiktionary to that of other wiki projects. So, the page name of the main page needs to be hidden again by editing the common.css as above. This change has been proposed and discussed in jawiktionary commnity and the agreement now is ensured. While AZwiki technically has admins, several are under a cloud due to the Requests for comment/Do something about azwiki. Also a user who tried to move "az:Qondarma Erməni soyqırımı" ("So-called Armenian Genocide) to "Erməni soyqırımı " (Armenian Genocide) was blocked by an azwiki admin. A user told me that an administrator would have to perform the page move [4]. I would like a steward to do the page move ASAP: scholars universally recognize the Armenian genocide as such and having a blatant denial title is a liability for the project.

While I had given User:Araz Yaquboglu until 11:59 PM to undo the actions, I don't mind if a steward does it sooner.

Also please undo User:Հովտար's block. If possible please remove the block from the system as if it had never happened.

The request is to move az:Qondarma_Erməni_soyqırımı (Fictional Armenian Genocide) over the redirect at az:Erməni soyqırımı (Armenian Genocide). I am unable to do so. Given the situation at Requests for comment/Do something about azwiki it is clear that there is a consensus that the current title is a severe violation of Neutral Point of View. There also appears to be a lack of currently-active local admins interested in performing this move, to the point that there is a large and growing consensus to revoke all az admins. Note the "usually". If particular steward determines that specific case is "unusual" and they believe they need to intervene, that's up to them to decide so. Comment Comment Seems to be an editing and facts-based issue, which has traditionally been left with communities for consensus, not an area for intervention by stewards or global sysops. Stewards and global sysops are not higher authorities or places of last resort for some sort of appeal. The tradition is to use the article talk page to explain yourself and support your explanation with facts. As I'm sure everyone's aware, the Republic of Macedonia has now renamed itself to North Macedonia. On en-wiki, there've been a butt-ton of pages nominated for moving e.g. [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17]. As I'm active at SWMT, I've also noted IPs starting to, in good faith, change categories on articles in line with this, however, as these categories haven't been moved yet, it's causing a redlink problem e.g. here. I would have thought that wikis would be organising their own responses rather than having some action from metawiki. It may be possible in small wikis to have some central action, though it would still seem that language knowledge is required and it is best coordinated locally. I was looking at articles from n:bs:Kategorija:Novembar 2018., and I found a few (if not many) of them to be copied from sources. One article n:bs:Darko Mrđa i Zoran Babić proglašeni krivim za počinjenje krivičnog djela Zločini protiv čovječnosti is apparently copied mostly from portions of one government article. Another article n:bs:Austrija usvojila zabranu ustaških simbola is also probably copied from Al-Jazeera article written in one of Slavic languages, i.e. probably either Bosnian, Croatian or transliterated Serbian.

Unsure about articles from n:bs:Kategorija:Decembar 2018. and ones from other date categories. Nevertheless, I found n:bs:Boško Dević osuđen na kaznu zatvora u trajanju od 10 godina to be copied mostly from one source and another. --George Ho (talk) 00:34, 13 December 2018 (UTC)

I talked to its admin "-revi " (the only active admin as of date and also the steward) about the matter. The admin said I can go to another venue for more outside help if necessary, i.e. asking other stewards who rarely or do not understand Korean. While other articles were deleted for copyright infringement, the above ones still exist. Then the discussion got archived after it stalled for a few months (i.e. without reply). In the discussion at koWN is there a consensus to delete? If there is a consensus then that is the level at which action could be taken, when local administrators are not available. Deletion conversations in the smaller wikis can take make longer, and it would seem inappropriate for an outside decision to be made. I am not sure what you want global sysop or stewards to do. That community does not engage in your conversation should not be taken as authority for outsiders to intervene in deletion discussions. Hi! Thanks for pinging me and informing me via my german Wikipedia-user-page!

Yes, I still am an admin at the nahuatl Wiktionary, and I think even I still am a bureaucrat. But I retired from this project in about 2014. In the years between 2011 and 2013 except Marrovi I was nearly the only active user in the nahuatl wiktionary.

In contrast to me Marrovi is a native nahuatl speaker, and he was a studious author in many of our projects.

But also he is a bit special, and in the meantime he is blocked on many projects. On the one hand he edits a lot, but on the other hand he often ignores the rules and even the manifold advice of his co-authors, and he nearly never explains or justifies his actions.

In the nahuatl Wiktionary I had established a certain system in building the Wiktionary and representing the language. Marrovi was adding a lot of words, and I nearly always had to correct or complete his entries. I could accept his knowledge of the language, and he accepted my way of structuring the language in the Wiktionary.

But we only were two! And we stayed only two! After three years of activity I began to doubt, if it was so meaningfull to write a dictionary with only two authors: one who thinks, he knows how to write a Wiktionary, but without any deeper knowledge of the nahuatl language, and one native language speaker who not actually is able to contribute as a member of a team, of a community, which has certain rules. So I gave it up and concentrated on german Wikipedia, Commons, and german Wiktionary.

I had a look on Marrovi's deletion requests (Neneuhcayotl:Para borrar en breve). Obviously he tries to reorganize the nahuatl wiktionary. I don't know if his intention is meaningfull or includes a methodical plan, and - pardon me - I have no desire to clarify this. I guess, Marrovi nowadays is the only human user in the nahuatl wiktionary, and I also guess, this is a rather dangerous situation.

So, I actually don't know, what do do!

No is the same Classical Nahuatl to Central Nahuatl or Huasteca Nahuatl, the words are differents, by this reason is neccesary to delete many articles. The Nahuatl laguages convention was the next month at INALI Institute; the standard alphabet for Nahuan languages is now A, B, CH, E, G, H, I, K, L, M, N, O, P, S, T, U, W, X, Y. The Nahuatl variants are a rich heritage for Mexico, Now I have a standard language (Nawatlahtolli), but we have got many Nahuan languages very interesting as Tetelcingo Nahuatl, Mecayapan Nahuatl, Pipil, Durango Nahuatl, Huasteca Nahuatl, Tlaxcala Nahuatl, Texcoco Nahuatl (all languages are diferents) as soon as Hochdeusch (Deutsch), Bavarian, Palatine, Low German, Swebisch, Swiss or Tirol.

Obviously I try to reorganize the nahuatl wiktionary, because this Mexican language is the most studied in the Americas with Maya, Quechua and Guarani. @Marrovi: Thanks for your comment! You asked me "What is dangerous situation?": Dangerous is a wiki-project with only one user. Normally the wiki-projects are based on a community of many co-authors with a mutual supervision. This is the structural base of our quality. But a project with only one author has actually no supervision at all, and hence no proved quality. The quality is not proved: that's the danger.

@Peter Bowman, Marrovi, and Frank C. Müller: I'll try another quick attempt to get this section resolved, finally. The situation seems to be:

1. Frank de facto vanished from the project.
2. Marrovi updates Wiktionary according to his knowledge of the language's standards and varieties.
3. Tepoxteco is the only known native speaker of this language who contributes to Wikipedia.

Is my assumption correct that these updates by Marovi are not disputed? Otherwise perhaps Peter could arrange a review by Tepoxteco, if necessary (I unfortunately lack skills of the Spanish language).
