Reason(s): Sockpuppets avoiding block. User1 and User2 are both blocked because of cross wiki abuse. User1, #2 and #4 have only contributed in no:Bamse och havets hemlighet (film fra 2025) and all have the same MO, writing in Swedish on Norwegian Wikipedia. User3 has near identical user name as #2, and created another article, in Swedish. Please check these and block them globally if they turn out to be connected to each other. Reason(s): I want to rule out an evasion to a partial block to a local, semi-protected template. The users have some similar patterns in editing, some similar edit summaries, and mostly edit from a mobile version. Discussion: Thread at Administrator's Noticeboard

Reason(s): A group of users associated with "Tanawai" are trying to disrupt the process at Laos Wikipedia by trying to enact the AfC Process and many other policies without community consensus. According to the log of the AfC page, the page's original creator is Tanawai, and after it was first deleted, LAOWiKi L recreated the page, suggesting the involvement between them. JamesJ155 is seen editing the page of the same process. Also note that Tanawai has previously been checked to be the sockpuppet of Nada199, who has been globally blocked for disruptive behavior.
