• Comment: The local community has some doubt on Ruslik0's decision to lock 雪兒許 and 药科大负责人. Their editing tendencies are similar to some convicted^[kidding] LTAs (though not so similar as to warrant ducking), and they have engaged in suspected vote stacking. Hence we apply for a CU.
