Just for the record: the IP who requested this check has been blocked dozens of times of editing in the Portuguese Wikipedia for vandalism, uncivil behavior, etc. He became such a a problem that a proposal of insight block for this IP has been made [1], with large support from the community, including administrators. When this check is completed it would be important to specify the types of connections between each pair (of the 3 suspected meat/socks).

Well, not much to say, is there? One of Quintinense's IP on commons was used by Palonvitas, which is blocked on ptwiki for abusing multiple accounts, and apparently is to be linked with Quintinense.
