On hold until 2020年11月17日 I sent a notice to the bureaucrat, asking to evaluate the request. I am leaving 14 days for the bureaucrat to respond. @Martin Urbanec: He forfeited all his bureaucrat rights and removed himself from active admin list on ku.wikipedia. Take a look [1] Why hasn't anyone removed his admin rights? @Balyozxane: He is still in the list of bureaucrats (see w:ku:Special:Listusers/bureaucrat). If he wishes to resign, he can do so at SRP. Before that happens, stewards aren't allowed to make users bot, or promote users to sysops. Ad putting this on hold) There isn't anything this "waits on", like a certain date to ensure community has enough time to discuss the task. I cannot predict resignation of anyone. This Bot has been inactive for a long and as clean-up activity, the community has agreed to remove Bot flag for this account from gu.wiki. There are two more Bots that we need removed, which I am raising along with this (HarshBot, Samkbot and TinucherianBot). While I see Tinucherian was mentioned in the discussion (so in theory that'd have triggered an Echo Notification), mentioning him here as well just in case. Thank you, Tinucherian is active on other Wikipedia, however his bot and the non-bot account has not been active on gu.wiki.
