Phe-bot runs on Wikisource wikis in a per request basis through a gadget (s:en:Help:Match and split), directly from toolserver. We've done some tests on pt.wikisource in past days and now we wants to split a considerable amount of pages from two books, what certainly will flood Recentchanges. If possible, please give the bot flag even before the minimal 7 days requirement; handling in such way will not cause any damages specially because bot actions are started only if a non-bot request is made through an edit (see [1] for an example).
