I will answer here as there is in the project, my request archived. My bot has there purpose only adds interwiki. Bot can work for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 31 days a month nonstop working bot. --Kolega2357 (talk) 19:11, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

• The user wants to run an interwiki bot when there is no need for it as per Vogone above, has a long track record of dubious activities cross-wiki and wanting to run bots on wikis "just because" and has not answered questions locally about this bot or his track record. Somebody, please, correct me if I am wrong, but I think you should request it locally first. Only if you have no answer we will be able to say they are inactive and proceed with the request here. IMHO, while this complex process is required for granting permissions, it can be omitted for removing them. While contacting local users first is surely the "best" process, we can also consider: 1. that a self-requested (or requested for your own bot) removal is always uncontroversial, 2. that we still take desysop requests from admins where crats can desysop them, 3. (a weak argument) that users could also just threaten to start abusing rights if they don't get removed. So I'd remove. --MF-W 02:33, 28 July 2013 (UTC)

This was to remove the bot bit. You can remove them if there are no active bureaucrats on the project. This project did not have any active local bureaucrats to do so at this point in time. I must say I have to agree with Teles and I don't really know what MF-W means with "we still take desysop requests from admins where crats can desysop them". As far as I saw, all these requests were declined by a steward because they were handable locally. Anyway, I don't think this action here is a big enough deal to revert it. The thing is, I looked up all the bureaucrats on every wiki I requested removal of my bot's bot flags here, and in every case, they were>6 months inactive. While I agree that I probably could have requested the removal locally, it seemed like it would just be prolonging the inevitable because I figured that since they were more than 6 months inactive, that I wouldn't get a reply, so I was just taking the initiative and requesting the removals without requesting locally. Now, if the bureaucrats were only, say 2-4 weeks inactive, I definitely would have requested it locally first before requesting it here. Razor flame 19:28, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

Just like other projects, bureaucrat in ast.wiki was inactive for 45 days, which is not much for a small project. Some of them edited today or yesterday [1]. And others are really inactive (more than a year) [2].
