Sometimes I'm correctig interwikis on templates. It will be easier to use pywikipediabot for this. My bot is doing many different things on pl.wiki. I have bot flags on en.wiki and de.wiki too. Malarz pl 20:15, 17 May 2010 (UTC)

Not done - Malarz, the bot does not meet the required criteria for the following reasons.

1. Not active enuf across wikis (only 4)
2. Does not have enuf bot flags to indicate global level of trust from communities (only 3)

I would recommend you to request local bot flags on more wikis and reapply at a later time when you have cleared the requirements mentioned above. I am marking this as not done. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks! --Jyothis 13:09, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

I haven't been actively using my bot for some time, but would like to start again, and don't see any reason not to use it on all wikis with global bot policy. Jon Harald Søby 16:56, 14 May 2010 (UTC)

• Support Support Edits look OK, just an little issue for me & is that they are a bit old. Notwithstanding the operator is trusted :-), wants to run it again and I do not think he will be causing troubles. Some accounts appears as unnattached here (does not even appear on CentralAuth), perhaps you may want to add them to the SUL too. Best regards, --Dferg 18:45, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
  • :-) As I said, it's been a while since I used it for interwiki stuff, but I still know how it works (not much has changed, you know...). The "unattached account" edits are actually all results of pages being imported from other wikis – I have never run my bot on any of those wikis, and therefore the bot doesn't (yet) have an account on them. The only requirement I see is to consult the wiki, which I did a month ago. Laaknor asked for 100 edits or running it for a week, not both or 14 edits each day. --Obayd 20:29, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

The idea behind running a bot for a week is practical - for its effect on pages on the wiki to be visible to other contributors for a while. Is there no more work for it to do on q:ar? –SJ + 22:34, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

The project is so small that edits on any one day will be visible for a week. I wanted to use AWB for adding categories, without a flag I had to use pywikipedia - much work for a simple job. A month passing without one comment to the community notice makes me think no comment is expected. --Obayd 23:45, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

I am not a sysop of lv.wiktionary (which currently has no active administrators), but this bot has been the most active for a long time. Since it do not have a bot flag its edits are not hidden in the Main Page, while the majority of changes are usually made by this bot. Thanks. --Wisconsus 17:01, 4 April 2010 (UTC)

I'm asking f it's possible to give a bot status for Bot-Jagwar. It has already a bot flag on mg.wikipedia ; but now, I'm working on wiktionary and translations and corrections is visible on normal RC.

The bot has started to work there, and it has now over 6 000 edits.

Why do you need a global flag if the bot is only active on 5 wikis with a global edit count of 250?. This user has a history of using sockpuppets & requesting unneeded rights (rollback etc. on wikis he's rarely active)--DieBuche 00:35, 21 May 2010 (UTC)
