The quoted text on the talk page seems silly according to an online translator, but I'd prefer if [[User:NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh|NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh]] could weigh in if possible. In addition, I note the user is blocked on vi.wikipedia for (according to the same translator), playing with the system. Meta-Wiki has a small active community. When a normal user requires the assistance of an administrator or bureaucrat for some particular task, it is not always easy to find one. This page helps users find one when they need one; asking specific admins directly via their talk pages is one way to elicit a fast response. It is only for assistance required at Meta-Wiki, help for other wikis needs to be requested at those wikis.

All revisions of this template, except for the current one, needs to be splitted and moved to Template:tto. Originally, it was used for demonstration in pages like Help:Advanced templates and {{Void}}; however, an edit made in 2021 converted this to a {{Languageicon}} one. - @MarcoAurelio: It is indeed a silly joke. Note that we don't have CIR on viwiki; if we had the reason would have been incompetence rather than gaming the system.
