| Dec 2015 - Jan 15, 2016 | Prototype refinements and workflow and project mapping. Complete refinements to final prototypes and concept statements. |
| Jan 27 - Feb 19, 2016 | Community commenting period. Post mission statement, work areas, and prototypes to meta. |
| Mar 1, 2016 | Finalize PC & L Annual Plan. Aligned with WMF Strategy and priorities. |
