Meta-Namespace

The idea of the Meta-namespace is to use a namespace called "meta" for each article, discussion or what ever (but mainly used for articles) to store some meta-information there.
This way some sites could be marked in a simple way as "disambiguation" by writing there a line containing "#DISAMBIGUATION" and it could be used to store the interlanguage-links and thus keep free the real article from such information.
Of course there could be imagined many other meta-informations which could be stored in the "meta-namespace".
