WikiClimate Connect is an initiative of Global WikiEducation Initiative in partnership with Wikimedia Foundation and UN Tanzania which aims to build local knowledge about climate change and its mitigation strategies for Swahili Wikipedia users. Through this work, we hope to raise awareness among stakeholders, reduce environmental pollution, improve green infrastructure, and mobilize for climate action for a sustainable future in Tanzania.
