During the conference in February 2025, Bali is still in the wet season with average temperature of 30°C (24–33°C). In this tropical island, you can expect sunny days with a small chance of rain during this season. Expect 30°C daytime maximum temperatures in the shade with on average 8 hours of sunshine per day in Bali in February. Bali should expect an average of 15 to 22 days of rain, so be sure to bring along a waterproof jacket to stay dry this month!

As one of the Indonesian islands, the official currency in Bali is Indonesian Rupiah. We advise all the participants to change currency in Bali airport or other authorised money changers. Always ask for a receipt and check your money before leaving the counter. Please be advised that the largest banknote denomination is 100,000 IDR (± US7ドル).

There is free wireless network access throughout the conference venue.

In Indonesia the power sockets are of type C and F. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Type C is also known as the standard "Euro" plug. This socket also works with plug E and plug F. Type F is also known as "Schuko". This socket also works with plug C and plug E.
