  15. Answers to the questions don't inspire much confidence in ability to use the tools properly. Being an administrator at Wikimedia Laboratories, where anyone can obtain advanced user rights, doesn't strike me as being a particularly noteworthy achievement; history of disruption at other wikis is also disconcerting.
