MrBeast Rap, also known as MrLean Song, refers to a rap song and accompanying viral video released by Hood MrBeast, also known as MrLean, a comedic alter ego and meme persona of YouTuber MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) portrayed as a flashy, wealthy rapper known for wearing chains and displaying large amounts of cash. The persona originated as a viral TikTok meme in 2025, with users creating exaggerated depictions of MrBeast as a stereotypical rapper.
In late August 2026, MrBeast revived the persona by appearing as MrLean on a remix of Lil Baby's "Dead Fresh." In his verse and accompanying music video, MrBeast raps about his wealth and large-scale philanthropic projects, prompting renewed discussion and memes surrounding the Hood MrBeast character in the following days as the skit went viral online.
Origin
On August 30th, 2026, MrBeast posted the original video to his official TikTok[1] account (@mrbeast), performing the remixed song with rapper Lil Baby after starting the post by responding to a comment from a TikToker asking about the character and him rapping as MrLean. The video went massively viral, receiving over 51.6 million views and 10.1 million likes in three days.

Due to the virality of the video, reactions followed instantly as the MrLean rap post garnered significant attention in late August and early September 2026.
Later on August 30th, 2026, TikTok[2] user @musicalmastery posted an edit of the original video and song. The video received over 2.2 million views and 255,800 likes in three days.
On August 31st, 2026, TikTok[3] user @ilovejaysquared posted a reaction to MrBeast and Lil Baby's rap video. The video received over 4.9 million views and 903,500 likes in two days.
On September 1st, 2026, TikTok[4] user @prodsims posted a remix of the song created in FL Studio. The video received over 980,900 views and 157,500 likes in one day.
The same day, TikTok[5] user @macdannyyy posted a live reaction to the song and video. The video received over 1.6 million views and 170,000 likes in one day.
