K&D will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission. This does not apply to support requests addressed to guest composers or K&D participants and received via the K&D contact page. Updated July 20, 2003
IP address. Your IP address is used only to gather information about web pages viewed. This information is kept in our statistics file on a detailed level, but information is no longer placed publicly on the Malted/Media Statistics Page. Email address. If you have corresponded with us, you will get a personal request to join our mailing list. It is our policy to send this email only in response to correspondence or if you submit links to us. You may opt out of future mailings by ignoring that email (or by requesting opt-out at any time if you are already on the list). Note that future correspondence from you or provision of links to K&D will probably generate that request from us again (if we don't recognize you). K&D has no registration requiring any contact information from you. Our bulletin board (forum) requires registration, but the information is not matched to a 'real' identification or email address. Updated March 30, 2003

This privacy statement applies only to the K&D website, made up of files resident on our servers for the kalvos.org, kalvos.com, kalvos.net, newmusicbazaar.com, newmusicbazaar.org and newmusicbazaar.net domains.
We provide links to the content of K&D to searchers and to other websites. While we will not share any of the information that you provide on K&D to our off-site links, we are not responsible for the privacy of information you may give them upon leaving the K&D site. Updated July 20, 2003
