Hi Guys, i am planing to organize a Drupal Training for CBOs in West Nile and specifically Arua Town.

I am therefore requesting for those who would be interested in such a venture to get in touch with me or Katerega and we see how we can organize it.

I am thinking of having another Drupal User group based in WestNile soon. But we need to first create need and awareness about easyness in use of Drupal among potential users in the future.

I need Drupal Instructors who can teach the Audience Drupal Site Building. We need to get these CBOs online at the end of the Two Days Training.

I'm working with a professor at Makerere University on a grant proposal that is due in two weeks. We are in touch with benjaminkyta and are also seeking additional Drupal developers in Uganda who can partner with our US team (Metalmark Web and Data) to develop a website and database for storing research data. If the grant is funded, then we would be paid to work together to build the Drupal project. Please contact me if interested.

I have a client looking for someone to finish up an invoice module in Drupal 8. The biggest part of the module is done. It needs polishing up. Like removing unwanted fields. make bundles from the implemented entities, adding VAT calculations to every item.

I just joined the Drupal UG group. Thank you for setting this up.

I have not worked with Drupal for long, just one small website in production.

Anyway, I was seeking advice on if Drupal 8 is a good choice for my next project.

Has anyone here done anything in production with Drupal 8?

Would you advise me to stick to Drupal 7 for now or to go ahead with Drupal 8?

A while back, @benjaminkitya and Mountbatten did a session on getting started with contributing to Drupal.

I remember Reinier, in particular, also pushing this quite hard.

Anyways, at this late juncture in my life, I would like to start contributing to Drupal.

Some of us here have some commits to Drupal core! Wow!

Can we have a session around this topic so newbies like myself can be kickstarted along this noble path?

Am trying to display a profile image submitted by a webform on registration but cant figure out how to do it. i can display a static image but can't display image submmitted by the form. anyone know any module or code that does that, thanks, coz have been looking for it for a week now

I have a content type called districts and i have created the following fields

• district geojson(polygon values)
• harzards (list) - heavy rain, freezing rain, storm
• Alert level (list) - extreme, high, low

I am displaying in a view as a leaflet map. Now i would like to write a custom module that can get the field content of a node ie harzards and alert level and then pass them to a javascript file that will print specific colors to the districts in the view depending on the alert_level.
