During our UMass Users Group meeting on April 2, 2015 Joanne Patalano, Gary Parker, and myself (Bill Leahy) presented a couple different ways to setup local development environments. I welcome everyone to add information or ask questions about local development.

I'm just looking to gauage interest in this but I'd be willing to present, discuss, and/or partner with anyone else who was interested.

I get asked about this from time to time if/how developers can do local Drupal development. I'd be willing to go over some of the tools available for creating local development environements rapidly and securely.
